Although I don’t directly work with her as I used to as a Resource Team leader sourcing and booking our Nurse requirements with her. She never ceases to fail and is always so helpful. "I am totally new to mental health and I really enjoyed the training Gemma has given me. She was very patient, understanding and shared many real life scenarios which helped to properly understand what it will be like to work in mental health. I have also really enjoyed the Domestic Violence training as Gemma has trained us on which legislations are important, mentioned other supporting agencies and which forms we have to fill out to support the victims during crucial situations. I loved working for Hensmedics. The team are amazing and always dealt with any inquiry I had very quickly. Everyone is really approachable and always made me feel welcome and that I was ahppy through my time with them. I was set up to work very quickly and great attention was paid to put me in a placement that was right for me 🙂 I absolutely loved the support work I did and the placement I was on during my time at Hensmedics and I wouldn't hesitate to come back and work for them in the future.
